OUR THEMED 12 PAGE A4 CALENDARS ARE A FANTASTIC FUN WAY TO RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR SCHOOL, RAISE £420!!!
Each page can sponsored by a local business person, or company for a fee of £35 or whatever the PTA would like to charge, even if you charge £25 the sponsor money still amounts to £300. The price of the calendars to the schools families is only £8.99.
All school holidays and inset days can be added to the calendar.
All adverts are professionally designed and proofed by the sponsor before the print phase.
If you make it a school event or don't have a PTA, you can opt out of having sponsors and charge £9.99 per calendar, the PTA then receives £1.50 for each calendar sold.
There is the option of purchasing a 7x5 mounted photo of each class photo for only £5.
Proof photos are supplied to the school within one week of being photographed and once orders are in , the completed orders will be dispatched usually within one working week after the orders are received.
A school of 350 children can be photographed before diner time.

A new kind of fund raising mechanism from Poole Of Memories. A day of, informal, contemporary photography that gives parents something they really value, at prices far below those normally available on the high street.
How they work?
Families are invited to book sittings one Saturday or Sunday (Or alternative day suitable for your club) via a flyer which we provide and which is distributed by yourselves.
Sittings are then booked via myself by the families calling with their time slot request.
On the day we set up a fully equipped studio on your premises or a local hall near to your location. Each family has a 20 minute sitting. The studio can accommodate up to 20 families and the minimum number of booking required is 8 families which we hardly ever have a problem filling! As families find it an informal way to get all the family together to have photographs taken for far more than half the price of a studio shoot!
Parents pay a fee of £5. For this they get their sitting, one free 7X5 picture on their photo order valued at £9.95 and their own password-protected online album for viewing and selecting pictures at their leisure.
In addition to their ‘free’ picture, clients can then order anything they may want from a range of high quality products (e.g. prints, mugs, bags, books, canvases etc) online. The club or organisation will then receive 15% or 20% commission from all the photo orders! Depending on the location of the shoot.
